I think many, if not all of us have. But it’s time to move past that or aim to move past that. No more dwelling on what was or what is, and start dwelling on what will be;the good things that you will make happen and the healthy you that you should promise to love.
Hopefully never again.
Cried, no. Wanted to do harmful things to myself, yes. But that’s just another form of crying.
Many many times. I’m sure there’s at least one point where all of us have.
